ADA/ECV Shuttle Information 

Guests traveling with a scooter, ECV, or requiring ADA assistance must first make a reservation online prior to travel. After completing your reservation, please call our Dispatch Department at (407) 857-8557 and provide your confirmation number to advise us of your travel details and ADA/ECV requirements.

Failure to notify dispatch in advance will result in the inability to board due to limited two spaces per trip.
