Guests using a scooter, ECV, or needing ADA assistance must reserve online before travel, then call Dispatch at (407) 857-8557 with your confirmation number to share your needs.

Advance notice is required—only two ADA/ECV spaces per trip are available, and you will not be able to board if you don't not confirm with dispatch.
